We're both building toward the same architecture — Karpathy's LLM-OS pattern — from different angles.

Two Brains, One Bridge

Made's brain (Joe's side): Custom harness + agentic fleet, in-Postgres knowledge graph, hierarchical chunking, quality-scored re-ranking, multi-user session memory, Voyage embeddings.

BioCreative's brain: Hub data assets (17,300 companies, 265K contacts, 7,840 trials, 14K PIs, 2,946 grants, 2,919 patents) + knowledge graph (52K nodes, 31K relationships) + Karpathy-pattern memory hierarchy.

The bridge: Sync functions built on request. News and social listening already flowing every 4 hours. Trials, PIs, grants, patents standing by.
